More than 80 handicapped children from Westminster and Southwark are to be given a party in St. Peter's Hall. Westminster. tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon, organised by the Westminster area Catholic Handicapped Children's Fellowship. There will be a tea party from 4 until 5 p.m. during which Cardinal Godfrey hopes to call. Father Christmas will distribute individual presents at 6 p.m.
