J. of his Church to pray specially for the second Vatican Council . . during the days between Ascension Day and WhitSunday . . . I hope that many in the Church of England will pray at that time along with the Church of Rome that this Vatican Council may be used of God not to hurt but to help, and to increase unity of spirit among the Churches . ."
