Perkins—Mather

Mr. Albert Perkins, a prominent member of St. Joseph's (Birkenhead) C.Y.M.S., was married on Monday last in St. Joseph's church, Birkenhead, to Miss Anne Mary Josephine Mather. The marriage was blessed by the Very Rev. Provost H. E. Hazlehurst, D.D., and followed by nuptial Mass with papal blessing. Mr. and Mrs. Perkins received a telegram from the Pope signed by Cardinal Pacelli.

Among the 70 guests at the reception held at the Queen's Hotel were Provost Hazlehurst (parish priest of St. Joseph's), and the Revs. Walsh, McNally, Briscoe and Gill.
