Since the beginning of July, members of St, Joseph's Church, Hong Kong, have seen the familiar figure of Lieut.-General Frank W. Festing, British commanding officer, servmg the 9.30 Sunday Mass. General Festing is well known since he was in command of land forces here immediately after the war. He has now returned as General Officer Commanding in Chief of the three services in Hong Kong.
