WE have a fine springtime collection of books for you

in Bookery Nook to order from your armchair this month, with several new titles in the selection.

As always, a thumbnail sketch of each book precedes the order form.

The Way of the Cross, with excellent photographs of the sculptures at Airesford, is too late for Lent this year, but do order it now as 1 bet it will be out of print by next.

This Is My Body by Dom Ian Petit is my personal choice for this month. If you are feeling stale, or find your concentration

wandering when you go to mass, discover a fresh insight with Fr Petit.

The book is intended for those who feel they have become over-familiar with the mass, and for those whose understanding of it may be partial or even confused. Fr Petit's straightforward leaching cannot mask a humble spirituality that everyone will find very appealing.

The book is a valuable addition to our understanding and love of the great celebration.
