NATIONAL Cystic Fibrosis Prayers Day is on Sunday April 21 and the Scottish Region CF Research Trust suggest the following prayer:
"0 Lord God, our heavenly Father, whose hand is ever stretched out in blessing and healing upon the sick, we pray
for all those who suffer from Cystic Fibrosis. Grant that through the skill and patience of doctors and nurses. children and young people'who suffer may be set free from the sickness which affects them: grant to all parents compassion and understanding and that by thy blessing upon them and upon all who try and
help them, they may find encouragement and peace. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen."
