Coping with divorce

HAVING last sear separated from my husband after 30 years of marriage, I am adjusting well to my new state, mainly I think because I have an interesting job and still four boys at home depending on me, but also being the source of constant amusement and entertainment.

However, I do (in spite of my four males) miss the challenge and stimulation of male companionship.

I did go to a gathering of similary situated persons, run with the blessing of the church, but out of the 10-12 members, not one male. A separation involves both partners, but it seems only the women feel this need to gather and draw comfort from one another. How do the men cope with the situation?

There must surely be a need for a meeting place where male and female can get together, but identifying each other seems to be a big problem.
