SOME 500 guests were received personally by Cardinal Godfrey at the annual Low Week Reception at Archbishop's House, Westminster, on Monday evening.
The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of London, Catholic Mayors and Mayoress's, Peers, M.P.'s, Judges and Chairmen of Catholic Societies were among those present. For some time the queue of guests waiting to be received stretched down the main staircase and out into Ambrosden Avenue.
