Fr. C. C. Martindale. S.J., has been ill and has been anointed. In a message received by the CATHOLIC HERALD this week he regrets that he cannot yet answer the many kind letters and cards he received at Christmas. Fr. Martindale, who lives at Petworth in Sussex, is 83.
