Malyas Rakosi, the Hungarian Deputy Premier, at a meeting of the Communist leaders in Budapest on Tuesday, said: " The first task following the recent elections will be to write a new Constitution to secure what has already been accomplished and make further progress. " This new Constitution will regulate the relations between Church and State by formally separating them."
