The fiftieth anniversary of the Canadian College in Rome was celebrated last Monday.
Cardinal Villeneuve, Archbishop of Quebec, celebrated High Mass in his titular church of Santa Maria degli Angell in the morning.
Cardinal Verdler, Archbishop of Paris, who had travelled to Rome especially for the occasion, the Archbishops of Halifax and Ottawa, four other Canadian Bishops, Mgr. Godfrey, Apostolic Delegate for Great Britain, and Mr D'Arcy Osborne, British Minister to the Holy See, were among those present.
