THE World Council of Churches is preparing the churches of southern Africa for an influx of refugees from South Africa said its co-ordinator of refugee programmes last week. Melaku Kifli said that "as long as apartheid exists, we will always have refugees. There can never be justice in South Africa and neighbouring countries as long as apartheid is there".
