"Not Just Maureen O'Sullivan's Sister"

I' tom a Co, I Eqeondent Maureen O'Sullivan's 17year-old sister Sheila has enrolled at the Abbey School of Acting, Dublin, preparatory to going to Hollywood next year.

Sheila, who is a brilliant pianist, a piano-accordionist, has a flair for Greek Ballet dancing. She was educated at the Assumption Convent, Kensington.

But whether she goes to Hollywood or not depends entirely upon her success on the stage.

She is being " groomed" for film success following great encouragement from Hobert Taylor, Maureen's co-star in " A Yank at Oxford," and at the instigation of Maureen, who does not want her sister to go to Hollywood without a bit of training as she herself did nine years ago.

" I don't want her to come here and be just Maureen O'Sullivan's sister," Maureen states. " She'll have to have proved ability or will not start on a screen career if I can help it."
