How? They have little money or time and no experience!

As well ask—how can churches and schools be built by people who have little money or skill in architecture. In fact, it is easier to make films, because no one expects to draw revenue from the building of churches, while films may pay for themselves.

A number of Protestant bodies are trying to tackle this problem in England, but they have limited their scope to films. They (Where Love is, God is) are so obviously based on a religious theme that ordinary cinemas will not book. The mass of the people will never see them.

CATHOLICS have made similar films

In France and Belgium and in Italy. Italy was a leader in making Biblical and historical films such as Christus or St. Francis of Assisi. When
