Grandpa's day

A GRANDFATHER from Chester, 66-year-old Charles Woods, war ordained a permanent deacon by Bishop Joseph Gray of Shrewsbury this week. Mr Woods, who retired from his county council job last year, is married with 11 grown-up children.
