Wise words from Kent

CONGRATULATIONS to Bruce Kent for his article on the British anti-Irish bias (June 25). I remember in Ireland in the 1930s our teacher who was an ex-soldier in the first World War told us that whenever you read in the paper of an anti-Irish bias, always remember that there are some very good English people who will stand for the truth. When I read Bruce Kent's words it reminded me of that teacher's words.
