Between 29-31 May a great congress of American Poles will take place in Philadelphia. Mr. Rozmarek, leader of the American Poles, Mr. Ciechanowski. former Ambassador to the U.S., and, possibly, Mr. Mikolajczyk, will speak.

Not one of the American candidates for the presidency can ignore the attitude of these Polish masses. And, more cautious after their sad experiences with Roosevelt, the Poles will press for a clear and unambiguous answer. The) will not he satisfied with some vague declarations against the Communist terror in Poland.

Their aim, proclaimed already in numerous articles and resolutions, is the liberation of a whole and undiminished Poland. that means including its eastern half, with Lwow and Wilno.
