SIR.—With reference to the recent letters on Arundel, may venture to stigeest that a new Diocese of Arundel should be formed, having the noble church at Arundel as its Cathedral, carefully delineated so as to give much-needed relief to the overburdened Dioceses of Southwark and Portsmouth. In the new Cathedral a place of honour could no doubt be found for the shrine of. the English Martyr resting nearby. The raising of Arundel's church to the status of a Cathedral would incidentally be a fine tribute to the late Duke of Norfolk, one of the noblest Protectors the Church in England has ever had and one whose name will surely he held in high honour among English Catholics for generations to come.
