Auxilium College, a three-story building has been opened in Katpadt, South India, by the Salesian Superior General. Fr. Renato Ziggiotti. It is India's 17th Catholic women's college.

Two little lambs in decorated baskets were taken by schoolgirls to the Basilica of St. Agnes in Rome on Friday for the traditional blessing on the Feast of St. Agnes. Later the lambs w ere taken to the Convent of St. Cecilia where the nuns will care for them until their wool is long enough to clip and weave into pallia. The wool from these two lambs will be used to make pallia for Archbishops.
