tablish " missionary centres " in a numbct of dioceses in Italy where religious ignorance is rife and is being exploited by Communist agitators.
Following proposals madc by many Bishops, a plan has been agreed upon by the Sacred Congregation of Religious and the Pontifical Relief Organisation.
The religious will live a community life and dedicate themselves to the realisation of the pastoral schemes drafted by the Bishops and the Pontifical Relief Organisation.
The religious concerned will live necording to their own particular Rile but will he granted special facilities to enable them to carry out their special duties. They will not have either their own church or public oratory but will make the parish church the centre of their activities.
