IRISH WORKERS, NOTV !,

SIR,--in regard to the question of renewals of, travel permits for Irish workers, our experience of this holiday I period, which is just about to draw to a close, has taught us that far too many people are negligent about getting their travel permits brosight up to date in good time to allow them to travel, without the necessity of rushing the staff of the travel permit section of the Irish High Commissioner's Office in London. It is the duty of every Trish citizen, man or woman, at present in this country to see that their tra1tel permits are sent off for renewal, as required, before they are due to expire, or in good time before they are eue to go home on holiday if they are up to date.

Chairman, Irish Citizens' Union, Birmingham.
