The suffering, struggle and aspirations of the Jewish people in Egypt millenia ago culminating in the first Passover puts into insignificance the pettiness, prejudices and perfidy of those who have never got over the shock of the re-establishment of the Jewish State.
Let us remember that during the last 5000 years Kings, Queens, Princes, Prime Ministers and yes Pontiffs have come and gone. but divine providence has preserved the Jewish people and its heritage which of course you share with us.
