INSTITUTE OF INTELLECTUAL CO-OPERATION Receipts Doubled in Three Years

The annual report of the governing body of the International Institute of Intellectual Co-operation which has just been published by the secretariat reveals the surprising but gratifying fact that the Institute has had a record year as regards its financial position.
