The Rt. Rev. Mgr. William Canon Daly, St. Andrew's Cathedral, has been appointed Viear-General of the Glasgow Archdiocese. Mgr. Daly was Vicar-General to the late Archbishop Mackintosh, and was, after his death, Vicar-Capitular.
