From Professor John Carlisle SIR – Geoff Callister’s question is well put (Comment, October 15). A key part of the plan lies in an earlier article in the same edition about World Youth Day. Let us decide to send over 100,000 young Catholics to Spain next August, representing every stratum in our society. And let us plan for their return to mobilise their youthful spirit as the chief element of the Third Spring.
