FR. JOHN MILLER, of St. Lawrence's, Feltham, Middlesex, has been appointed Borough Commissioner of Scouts for the London borough of Hounslow. He joined the Finchley (Catholic) Scout Group in 1935, and became Group Scoutmaster before joining the Forces in 1945. In 1950 he started the St. Edmund's College Rover Crew. Four years later he formed the 14th St. Pancras (Our Lady's Own) Scout Group, of which he was Group Scoutmaster until 1967.
