NOTTINGHAM PRIEST ADDRESSES ANGLICAN CLERGY For the first time in

the religious history of Nottingham, a Catholic priest was last week invited to attend and address a meeting of the Anglican Ruridecanal Conference, He was the Rev. Fr. Edward Ellis, D.D., Administrator of St. Barnabas Cathedral, Nottingham. Speaking of the Nottingham Christian Council, on which Catholic priests, Church of England clergymen and Free Church ministers are equally represented, Fr.-Ellis said: "Speaking for myself, it has been of the greatest benefit to have met the representatives of the various churches of Nottingham. I have been inspired by the evident zeal and sincerity of the men I have met on this Christian Council."
