A Nun in Kenya writes — "We have just to jog along three months behind with the news, one gets used to it. I have been out here since 1935, so it is quite wonderful to get news at all — no one thought of sending papers abroad, mostly our letters were a long time on the way, and then during the war years we were cut off from the Homeland for long months. Thank you for your note — God bless the work — you do a great job, God be with you all the way."
A Missionary Nun writes — "We have been very grateful for this (The Catholic Herald) as it passes through so many hands, beginning with the Indian Sisters in the Community, to the staff members, td Anglican friends and ends up with the Bishop's Secretary. None of these would be able to read the useful articles found in the newspaper otherwise' as there are so many calls on our finances out here. We could not afford the luxury of subscribing to a foreign newspaper."
An Indian Priest writes — "I thank you sincerely for the copy of your renowned paper 'Catholic Herald you arc sending me. It is of immense help and a nourishment for my spiritual life and pastoral ministry."
