Porttigal's economy will not he affected by the loss of Goa. She has given much to the enclave, and taken virtually nothing. It is not without significance that Nehru found it necessary to use 30,000 troops, jets, warships and an aircraft carrier to subdue little Goa. Nor are his methods surprising when one remembers his treatment of the Sikhs and the Nagas.
