SIR.-What a delight to see Mgr. Reynolds advocating the systematic distribution of Catholic literature. Are we at last begining to realise that we cannot take doctrine to millions by means of occasional television programmes and sporadic articles in the Sunday papers, useful as these are?
The millions need the doctrine, for their knowledge of the Faith is on a par with my knowledge of the workings of a television set. And I am not a television engineer.

SIR.-While on the subject of (Miss) M. Foss "St. Philomena's,", 123 Lingfteld Road, East Orinstead. visual aids for non-Catholics I would also like to ask if there are any Braille publications presenting the Faith to blind nonCatholics?
Perhaps there are many of these who are seeking a Faith to whom a Braille booklet, giving a simple introduction to the Church's teaching would be a great help. I would like. to hear of any such
