TWO MEMBERS Of the Catholic peace group Pax Christi were arrested for criminal damage on Ash Wednesday during an ecumenical service at the Ministry of Defence, Whitehall. The two people, Pat Gaffney and Chris Cole, had written the phrase "Repent" and "Choose Life" on two columns near the front of the building. They were later released.
CHRISTIANS ARE happier than non-Christians, according to research published last week by Welsh theologian Professor Leslie Francis.
