Italy and Austria Closer Union Possible

Dr. Gruber, the Foreign Secrete!), of Austria. and one of the leaders of the Catholic People's Party, stated recently at a Press conference that the people of South Tyrol had fully endorsed the agreement between Austria and Italy on that subject. The next step was the conclusion of an economic agreement between Austria and Italy, which might develop into a Customs Union between the two states.
