Garabandal: new shrine?

DURING August this year I visited Garabandal, in the diocese of Santander, in North Spain, and said a Novena of Masses for the success of the Synod in Rome.
Garabandal has never been officially condemned and the present bishop leaves the matter open for all practical purposes. The prophecies are such that it cannot be very long before they either come true, and Garabandal is recognised throughout the Church, or they do not, and it is then officially discredited. Needless to say will accept whatever the Church decides.
In the meantime, I hold it as a private opinion that Our Lady DID appear there about 2,000 times during Vatican II and that is why I thought it appropriate to make the Novena there.
