We reed to announce the death of the Right Rev, W. T. Cotter, third Bishop of Portsmouth, which has occurred suddenly. He had been a Bishop longer than any other member of the Hierarchy of England and Wales, with the exception of Archbishop Amigo of Southwark, and was consecrated 35 years ago. An obituary notice and picture appears on page 7.
