We reed to announce the death of the Right Rev, W. T. Cotter, third Bishop of Portsmouth, which has occurred suddenly. He had been a Bishop longer than any other member of the Hierarchy of England and Wales, with the exception of Archbishop Amigo of Southwark, and was consecrated 35 years ago.
