THoly See has appointed Fr. Agnellus Andrew, O.E.M., to' be Ecclesiastical Counsellor to UNDA, the International Catholic Association for Television and Radio, This appointment means that Fr. Agnellus now becomes the official liaison between the Holy See and the whole world of Catholic Television and Broadcasting. There are now 80 countries affiliated to UNDA, and the Holy See's nomination comes at a time of enormous expansion of Catholic broadcasting. particularly in the developing countries of Africa and South America.
