Parish builder moves on

Fr. Bran Foley, who had charge of a new parish on the Harold Hill Estate in Essex, where there are now two churches, has been appointed first priest in charge of a new parish at Harlow New Town.

This part of the Harlow parish has until now been cared for by the Canons Regular of the Immaculate Conception at Harlow but

has no church. Fr. Foley will live on the estate in one of the new council houses.
