Twenty-two year* ago the Mill Hill Fathers opened their first—

and, so far onle—Scotlish College In the quiet Renfrewshire village of Lochwinnoch. Not long afterwards the building of a permanent chapel for the staff and students at

the College to replace the oratory used by them was first planned.

The war clouds, however, were fast gathering over Europe, and with the outbreak of war the Plans had to be laid aside.

On Tuesday this week, after a delay of 20 years, Bishop Black of Paisley blessed and opened the new chapel and dedicated it to St. Joseph the Worker.
