MASS IN ROME FOR KING ALFONSO

The former royal family of Spain, members of which are in Rome on a Holy Year pilgrimage, attended a Requiem Mass for King Alfonso last week,
Present were Don Juan, Pretender to the Spanish throne, his mother, Queen Victoria, and his son, Don Juan Carlos, all of whom were later received in separate private audiences by the Pope.
