NAMES have been announced of the delegate observers to be sent to the Second Vatican Council. in answer to the Holy See's invitation, by the World Council of Churches, the Methodist, and the Lutheran World Federation.

They are:— WORLD COUNCIL: Dr. Lucas Vischer, 35, of the Swiss Reformed Church, and of the staff of the faith and order department; another name was to be announced shortly.

The observers are Bishop Corson of Philadelphia, Dr. Harold Roberts of the Richmond Theological Seminary (University of London), and Dr. Albert Outler of Dallas, Texas. Supporters include the Rev. LUTHERANS: Dr. George Lindheck (Yale Divinity School) and Dr. K. E. Skydsgaard (Copenhagen University).
