On June 29 last we published a "Reflection" piece which, as we acknowledged, had appeared over the editor, Fr. Brian Boyle's name, as an editorial in that month's issue of the Redemptorist magazine Reality.
We subsequently discovered that this article was not in fact written by Fr. Boyle but was an extract from a book entitled "Last Thing at Night", by Fr. Hugh Lavery of Corpus Christi College, London, W.11.
We much regret the embarrassment or inconvenience thus inadvertently caused to Fr. Lavery and tender to him our sincere apologies.
