The Prince Archbishop of Salzburg, Mgr. Rohracher, addressing a mass rally in the Educational Institute at Innsbruck, solemnly protested that there were thousands of political prisoners in Austria who to tilts day had not been interrogated, and demanded immediate justice for them.
He attacked the Allies on the question of Austria's war guilt, saying that both the Soviet Union and the Western Powers had acquiesced in Austria's annexation by Germany. He attributed the slowness of reconstruction to the country's division into four zones.
