CARDINAL Basil Hume of Westminster, Archbishop Derek Worlock, of Liverpool and Archbishop Maurice Couve de Murville of Birmingham will be among the church hierarchy who will attend the installation of Archbishop Cabal Daly as Primate of all Ireland this Sunday (December 16) • in Armagh cathedral.
Liverpool's Metropolitan cathedral is the venue for an anniversary celebration next week — the silver jubilee of
episcopal consecration. Many of the bishops will be present to concelebrate mass at 6 pm on Friday, including Bishop Mervyn Alexander of Clifton, Bishop David Konstant of Leeds, Bishop John Crowley auxiliary in Westminster and Archbishop Michael Bowen of Southwark.
