As a tribute to the four nuns who helped the nursing staff at the fever hospital when more than 100 girls of St. Joseph's College. Bradford, were isolated during the recent paratyphoid epidemic. the Bradford Hospital Management Board has agreed that an ex-gratia payment of 50 guineas be made to the Rev. Mother Provincial at the Convent of the Sisters of the Cross and Passion.
