Bishop Wheeler has heart attack

By a Staff Reporter BISHOP Gordon Wheeler of Leeds, 60, suffered a slight heart attack on Monday while on holiday in Sussex and is resting in the Esperancc Nursing Home, Eastbourne, Sussex.
His secretary's office said he had "sustained a slight cardiac muscular attack" and had cancelled all engagements for a few weeks,
Bishop Wheeler was educated at Manchester Grammar School and University College and St. Stephen's House, Oxford. He was received into the Church at Downside in 1936 after serving as assistant Anglican chaplain at Lancing Col lege. Sussex. ,
