A new penal code " permeated with Socialist ideology " has been drawn up in Germany. New offences include strikes, lockouts, interference with the national will to work, all disparaging references to Hitler or Nazi leaders or to the Army or its traditions or German heroes, betrayal of industrial secrets, or the malicious creation of a shortage of vital cornmodities.
