LIVERPOOL SCOUTS' MEETINGS

Christmas Pow-wows

Last week the ordinary general meeting of the North Liverpool Scout Division was held at the 15th Crosby Rover Scouts' headquarters, in Myers Road East, Great Crosby. Thirty-two members from the Bootle and Crosby Boy Scouts Association were present, and the chair was taken by Mr. C. S. Wilson.

A report on the Cub wide game was

made by Mr. A. W. Scarishrick. Mr. Wilson showed how successful had been the parade organised for October 11, by the Crosby and District Boy Scouts' Association, and the North Western Division of the Liverpool Catholic Scout Guild. The office of president of the division was discussed.

A resolution was moved by Mr_ F. Phillips expressing the division's regret at Mr. Blundell's death and sympathy for all connected with him. An appeal was made by Mr. J. C. Paterson to Rovers to support Association meetings.

Two committees were formed to arrange for a " pow-wow " for Cubs, and a social evening for Scouts at Christmas time.
