Mrs. Amy Croft Turner, of Woodberry Down, Finsbury Park, London, left a freehold house in Fairfield Crescent, Liverpool, to S. Sebastian's church, Liverpool, and the residue of her property as to twothirds, to the Archbishop of Liverpool for the time being, of the Archdiocese in which the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, Gresham Road, Staines, is situate, to be applied for such purposes in connection with the said church as are exclusively in law charitable, and one-third to the Archbishop for the time being of the Archdiocese, in which the Church of St. Sebastian, Fairfield, Liverpool, is situate for similar purposes,
