AN AMERICAN woman has had a portrait of Pope John Paul II tattooed down most of the right side of her right calf.
Susan KilchewskiGregoire said: “I know he’s always with me from heaven, but I can look down on my leg and he’s with me all the time.” The portrait, her 27th tattoo, took an hour and a half to complete and cost £125.
It is now also possible to purchase a range of John Paul II memorabilia, including several different bracelets similar to the white “Make Poverty History” bands.
