whatever their moral or their mes sage. A play technically worth producing will not be rejected because its theme is religious, moral, Catholic. But if it is technically bad, then no amount of spiritual goodness will make it acceptable. I am sure that good plays by Christians writing. as Christians (not necessarily piously) could be a tremendously helpful influence in the country. If the Guild and the Centre can help in time to get such plays, long or short, they will he doing a very great work.
