o ARE YOU an Old Fish living in Surrey? I was at a delightful gathering on the lawn of Paddy Bernard's house, recently, at Greystones, 30 Red Lane, Claygate, Surrey, in aid of the New Hall Bursary Fund, and she told me that she is trying to update her list of past pupils (Old Fish) of New Hall.
Margaret Horton and Paddy Bernard organised a very friendly party and 1 learned a lot about cricket from a veteran umpire who was heading off to Devon for five days of Devonish teas and local brews.
